Excellent service. Professional installation. Richard is very pleasant and and friendly. Obviously experienced. He installed 3 air conditioner wall units. Clean installation. He arranged his schedule to make the evaluation and the work fit my schedule. No surprises. I would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

In the middle of a heat wave (30C+ several days in a row), my wall unit decides to stop working (due to a bug during a power outage) and we quickly went to do some tests, re- set up the unit and make sure it is working properly. As good as the sales and installation service is, so is the after-sales service when needed. Thank you so much!!!

They know how to respond clearly and precisely, quickly on the return call and I still have to try the service but I am more than surprised and the confidence in them has gone very well.
