From having to notify 48 hours in advance if you can't show up for your appointment, for me it's nonsense, especially in the event of a cold or the flu. Do you know someone who can predict 48 hours in advance that he or she is going to be sick? Not me. The second reason, the clinic closed during the holidays and only open for a few hours spread over two days? Do you think toothaches are taking leave of you guys? And refer clients to a Montreal clinic? No, but what is this nonsense! Wouldn't it be better to have a partnership with the other clinics in Granby during this time to offer maximum access to dental care if needed? It seems to me that it would make a lot of sense to send clients to a clinic in Montreal or direct them to the hospital. Surely you don't think of customers who have difficulty getting around because of a reduced mobility problem. No, but what a lack of judgment!
That being said, I am not criticizing the quality of services at your clinic, because I have been a client since the time when you were at Clinique Robinson. And I'm lucky to have a good dentist with Dr. Lavoie. But I absolutely have to denounce the lack of logic you are showing at this time of year. Hoping that you will correct this situation in the future.
