I installed this product for a few years when they were distributing in Ottawa and it was always top quality flooring. It's too bad there aren't any distributors in Ottawa anymore.
Bought their Mountain Home Collection hand scraped floor and just love it!!! We looked around at other brands and nothing compared to the real handmade quality of this floor. We've recommended them to other friends and they've been equally happy! Love the natural looking oil finish too.
Good product. If you have a problem with this wood, there's a 99 % chance it's your installation or environment related. READ YOUR INSTALLATION GUIDE AND WARRANTY FULLY TO UNDERSTAND ALL WOOD FLOORS. My only issue with Wickham is that I would like them to choose better US distributors.
