(May 25, 2019, 11:01 pm)Better way to travel around Quebec than Via Rail. They saved me when Via Rail wouldn't let me on an uncrowded train with a ticket that was mistakenly booked for the day before. They are less expensive and their website is easier to navigate. Their customer service is great.

(July 24, 2018, 3:03 am)I had accidentally bought tickets for a week later than I needed so I had 10 minutes to go switch them and it was very easy. All the employees were very kind and understanding. It was my first time on a travel bus and I was nervous but they answered all my questions. The inside of the bus was very clean and comfortable
