(July 24, 2020, 5:00 pm)The best retail stores value service and communication. Drummond Musique is one of them. I decided to purchase from Drummond because none of the stores in my area (GTA) had the particular item in stock. I was told the store was expecting a shipment, but that it had been delayed at the border. The shipment came in a couple of weeks later. Marc let me know right away. I paid. The item was in my hands two days later. I plan to shop there again and look forward to actually visiting the store the next time I am in Quebec.
