(October 13, 2021, 3:47 pm)I consulted kinesiologist Isabelle Brisson from the ÉkiSanté clinic following the pain I felt when performing certain movements in my duties as a building inspector. Isabelle quickly identified the issues and gave me the exercises necessary to resolve the pain. With the exercises prescribed by Isabelle, I regained my flexibility and can now perform my tasks as a home inspector without pain. The ÉkiSanté team also allowed me to quickly recover from a left shoulder injury I sustained during a soccer game. Their good care to stabilize it allowed me to quickly return to my inspections without travel constraints.

I had a rigorous follow-up, a program adapted to my situation. They not only managed to get me back on my feet even more, I had a renewed love for physical activity and healthy eating.
