Drivers are treated well and respected. Open door policy! Work is planned in advance, two trips a week.
Office, yard, repair shop, fuel island, washbays, fleet,... is all nice and clean, very well maintained.
It's all Dry Box. Trucks and trailers have disc brakes and all are on super singles.
A very decent company to work for!
But... I don't like competition under drivers (most miles and best MPG per week) nor to pay for a union.
