(January 25, 2021, 1:29 pm)Update: Despite the initial defects in the chair (detail below), it ages very well. After one year of use, there seems to be no sagging of the cushions. The fabric is still in very good condition. For these reasons, I will not hesitate to start this company again. Changed the score from 1 stole to 4 stars.
We bought a rocking chair and it came with major flaws. One of the armrests was simply not aimed at the chair. When first used, the armrest broke. Following the breakage, we inspected the chair for other defects. It turned out that the other armrest had a defect in exactly the same place as the other. The screws were installed but the splintered wood producing splinters which can easily injure. The chair was returned for repair. On his return, the screws were repaired but the armrest had been split. They have repaired their breakage with a product with a different color than wood. The varnish being clear, the repair is obvious. Clearly, no serious cabinet maker would have let that go. -
