Here is the problem I had. My propane fireplace was no longer going. After trying to fix the problem myself by reading the instruction manual, I had a pre-feeling that something was wrong with the electronic control and my throttle. I then contacted 2 companies to assist me, but without success (one could come and see in 3 weeks and the other, no return call). Finally, I contacted Services propane (3rd company) on a Friday afternoon. He immediately found out what the problem was with the steps I had taken. So I went to get the new electronic card after closing it and then install it myself very easily. Everything was settled in less than 5 hours. In the end, I saved a lot of time and money (no technician costs at home).
