(August 26, 2020, 12:39 pm)I used to not like them too much back when Amazon started using this company consistantly. However, after having several problem with UPS, Purolator and Canada Post (the latter is good for letter, but now stinks for parcels) I now view them as the best delivery company that operates in Quebec City. I especially like how they send me an e-mail whenever my package is about to arrive (usually about 3 hours before the package actually arrives) And everytime I spoke with a delivery person, that person was always kind and professional. I'm not saying they are perfect, and they did do some mistakes, especially in the first few months Amazon started o ship my orders through them, but now, I trust them completely with my packages.
