I've been there two times. So far, my first one was better than the second one. My bedroom was close to some noisy machine. Lamps are made with neon lights, which means they make a constant noise aswell.
The bathroom is spacious, however, the shower hose is very low. Not the very best experience I've had.
The bedroom is also spacious, but the bed sheets are quite thin. Lights are not well placed and it is missing some electric plugs for devices. The comfort of the bed is very good thought!
The staff is very welcoming! I always received a smile or a good morning from them during my stay.
Clean hotel, has all the basics and more. The breakfast is very limited, but they do offer coffee and hot chocolate. The wifi is also really slow and rarely works properly. The rooms have a fridge but no microwave or coffee maker, and only has a tiny hairdryer.
Good experience at this hotel. Clean. Good sized rooms. Pool is small. Breakfast includes sliced breads (white, brown and cinnamon raisin), good sliced cheese, fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, etc. Fridge available in rooms, and coffee in lobby throughout the day.
Stayed at this hotel for one night. Location is across a large mall and close by plazas with an assortment of stores near by. Also close to the highway. Hotel staff is very friendly, the room is large but can be touched up a bit by some mudding and repainting to make the ceiling look all uniform. Overall would stay here again for the great location.
Very trendy and nice looking however they chose form over function and the room was poorly lit as was the bathroom. Also the exercise room was very much an afterthought. I did give them four stars because these are all very correctable issues... I am editing this because I can't add a response to the hotel's non response in another way. Soft lighting sounds like a nice idea until you are trying to find something in your suitcase or apply makeup in the bathroom!! Options please! Also more protein options at breakfast, thanks!
