  Wonderful experience here! We came up from the states for the Quebec city winter carnaval and that was amazing! The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in some things for our family. Everyone we met was smiley and courteous! Rooms were clean, bed was cozy and the continental breakfast worked well for us!

  This is an average rated hotel. Overall we had a good experience. The best part of this hotel is that you can park your car just outside your room. In cold winter days this helps a lot. We were quite disappointed with the quality of their breakfast. Overall, if you are looking for an average rated hotel then this is good for your.

  Nice little hotel. Clean rooms, breakfast and wifi included. Short drive to attractions and amenities. The room had a microwave and mini fridge so we were able to purchase some food from a near by grocery store rather than going out for every meal. Would stay here again if ever in Quebec

  It's 20 minutes from downtown Quebec City and you will pay 20% more than advertised price for taxes and fees. We were in the new part of the hotel. Was VERY clean. Staff was super friendly. And the breakfast was simple with toasts, juice, coffee, tea, boiled eggs, muffins from Sams, and cereal.

  Needs improvement! our family of four stayed here on 9/8 and we all felt this:
  Beds were not as comfortable as other places. the quality of mattress and sheets are poor. the room could use some tasteful decor
  Breakfast served could use some love and quality, too cheap for our liking.
