(January 26, 2022, 5:14 pm)So, I was nervous while waiting for my delivery as I read over the reviews on Google. I took off one star because even though I received an email that the package was out for delivery, I received it one day later. I also signed up my phone number to receive updates on my delivery, but I did not receive any message indicating that my delivery would be one day late. However, the delivery man was nice. He left my package, which was actually the mattress 15 kg, in front of my apartment on the 2nd floor. He said "Salut" and "Bonne journee"! So yeah, 4 stars from me for Canpar! But your company should improve the system better so that your customers will receive full updates relating to their packages.
