Stress-free, pressure-free shopping experience. I don't need to take 3 pills before going in and I don't need therapy on my way out. Quality furniture, although the selection is limited. I think I found the perfect bed after spending * months * looking (elsewhere, like a turkey). Great email communication, they even fixed an error on their website in just a few minutes.
