I am very disappointed with this company. I place an online order for Mother’s Day for my mother and aunt, I provided Mr. Denis with my credit card information. He originally wanted it by email, but I asked if I could provide it by phone, which he called me and took it. That gave me the impression that my order was placed. However, I did not get a confirmation email of my purchase nor a call back to say they were busy and could not proceed with my order or that it will be delivered later. There was no customer service at all, I would have understood if I were provided with some explanation. It really is disappointing because I wanted to provide my mother with flowers for Mother's Day seen as I do not live close to her and put a smile on her face because of everything that is going on right now, as my mother is a nurse.

Update Mr. Denis, contacts me today after I sent an email saying I would like to cancel my order, explaining that it was a crazy day yesterday and that he apologize and would give me a discount on my purchase. Which I accepted as the flower was already supposedly ready and he will be deliver it personally today.

I have purchased flowers as gifts, for funeral arrangements, and for myself at this florist, over several years. Flore in Westmount are my go-to place when in Montreal ... not inexpensive but superb freshness, distinctive beautiful arrangements and attentive service. I have travelled extensively and love to buy fresh bouquets... this rivals and surpasses some of the best shops in Paris, London, Toronto, etc. Exceptional service and value. A neighbourhood gem.

Beautiful & original arrangements, friendly staff. Owner even delivered flowers at my place because I could not come down to store. Recommend the place at 110%.
