  I have never transported anything with them but customer service was wonderful to me when one of their drivers in Montreal aggressed me and put my life in danger on the road this afternoon. A manager called me back within just a few minutes and I really felt like they took me seriously. I was very shaken up by the incident and all 3 employees I spoke to handled the incident with grace and respect. Kudos to the HR side of this business!

  When it comes to X-dock import/export within the NAFTA territory, the morning crew is ready for a challenge. We all get up between one to three each morning to work your freight. It was bitter cold in Montreal these last few weeks, but only the fellows with the flu took at most two days off. We handle huge volumes, and we can exceed your expectations as a client. I have worked in the Logistics trade for over three decades and I have never seen each man on the team show up on time as consistently as at Manitoulin. We are the best on the block and we are pumped up. We will get better. We might just become one of the best in 2018. Call our sales desk and tell us what you need. Word to the wise. Always take our service time grid and add one day when you make a delivery promise to your client. In case of an unforeseen delay, and we will dazzle you with our expertise and dedication. We are top notch!
