  Sharlyne was very helpful prior to my surgery and really provided me with the knowledge I needed to help me be comfortable for the surgery and post-surgery! A+ on customer service and quality of work!

  Recently had surgery done at Lasik MD in Pointe-Claire. Still recovering but so far so good. From the very first time I stepped in the office, through the surgery and following, the staff has been amazing. Always smiling, reassuring, detailed in their explanations and professional. Definitely helped make a nervous situation be more relaxing.

  Everyone was very friendly, the procedure, the risks and benefits were all very well explained. There was ample opportunity to get all the answers to the questions.
  Dr Bashour was laid back, but described the procedure in detail with a sittings voice and the procedure was over before I knew it.
  It was been about 36 hours and everything is great, with the eye drops. (I was at 20/20 after 24 hours).
  There may be further developments, but as of now, I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering it.

  Amazing experience. The entire staff was super helpful and genuinely nice.
  I had Dr. Bashour. He was amazing. They told me the surgery would be 4-5min each eye. It felt shorter than that with 0 pain during the operation. You don't feel a thing.
  After surgery I had 0 issues. No pain, no discomfort. Was able to see the minute the operation was over. I am writing this review 3 days after surgery. I see 20/20 with only slight dryness, which I had before Lasik anyway.
  So worth it

  Doctors and everyone else working here are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Their confidence inspires confidence in the procedure and while I don't see 20/20 right now, I'm still hoping for further improvement as my vision stabilizes. I may update this review as the process continues.
