They took care of my problem quickly and easily. I also must say I love their smart lights. We have a few of them around the house and love turning our apartment into a party at night with the party mode setting.

I bought 3 light fixtures from Lowes and didn't install these until our kitchen remodel was complete about 8 months later. 1 of the 3 light fixtures had broken globes. I contacted customer service and they are sending new globes at NO CHARGE!! Great company and will continue to buy these beautiful fixtures for the rest of the house.
