  We received outstanding service and support from Jay Deakin during the sale and purchase of our homes. He took the stress out of the experience because he is honest and knowledgeable and worked tirelessly on our behalf. He understood what we needed in a home better than we did and found us the perfect fit within our budget. We couldn't be happier and (already do!) recommend Deakin Realty to anyone.

  Deakin Realty is amazing!! Nancy was thorough, attentive, professional, and always available to answer our calls and questions. She found us the perfect house (which was a tough decision, because so many she found for us were perfect!). She was also on top of the market - alerting us to houses that matched our requirements before they were posted online for all to see. In a market like today's, you NEED a real estate agent like Nancy!
  When it came time to making our offer, she coached us well and was incredibly thorough about her due diligence. She pointed out things that we, as inexperienced buyers, would never have noticed and helped us negotiate accordingly. I cringe to think about how much we would have overpaid if we hadn't had her on our side!
  Overall, I was extremely satisfied with Deakin Realty. I recommend Nancy and Jay to anyone who will listen, since our home buying experience was so wonderful. Keep up the great work!!

  Wonderful buying and selling experience with Deakin! My husband and I worked with Susan and Rebecca on purchasing a new home and selling our home.
