(December 20, 2018, 2:54 am)The Pointe Claire store was terrific. My Hearing aids were verified, fine tuned on a regular basis. The technology is complicated. The staff there took steps to explain all the steps before & after the sale......from the initial hearing test, an MRI-style exam of both ears at a hospital & 2 sessions to choose & fit the equipment............. I have no issues with this company.

(April 11, 2018, 12:35 am)Went today with my 2 year old. The receptionist was very warm and welcoming. She even brought toys for my son to play with. As for the audiologist who tested my son, she was very patient and kind. She took the time to ask all the appropriate questions and really listened to our answers.
