  Since we just moved from another province, the rules of the clinics here in Montreal or exactly in West Island are very different. I asked the medical secretary in the front how it works she answered as if I was supposed to know how it works, she could not explain clearly how it works. She was giving the information in a rude way. I felt very uncomfortable that moment. The second time I went with my family to see the doctor she did the same thing when my husband asked her if he could register and then go and come back because the waiting room was full, (and that's what she told the first time I have seen her, that people come register at an early time and then go and come back because the waiting time was long) she responded to my husband in a rude way '" do you want to jump the line?" and with sarcasm. it was not what he meant but she jumped to conclusions. She is not nice nor patient, she is not professional at all and she acts like people are giving her a hard time. she is doing the least that she can do.

  Always good service and efficient doctors. Of course the wait is long sometimes, all clinics are the same. It’s great having the radiology right next door and the pharmacy in same building for filling prescriptions right away. It’s a one-stop shop!

  They are pretty good, but need to live in the 21st century. No wat to transmid documents to the doctor besides FAX, yes you read correctly. FAX. OK Doc, let me go to a museum and have this sent over. Give us ability to email documents and i will give 5 stars.
