  JC was amazing! He took the time to explain the issue and was very fast and efficient when solving our electrical problem. Plus, he left our offices super clean which is impressive considering the snow storm! I highly recommend!

  Excellent service, extremely satisfied. The job was well done, and they left the place very clean afterwards. Dominic spent 45mins with us answering questions before giving us a quote, and he and his team were all very professional and kind. Also, one of the few electricians who uses copper wiring everywhere (not just where legally obliged to) rather than aluminum. Highly recommended

  I was very disappointed at first. I called and left the message in order to have further discussion on my project. The owner called me back and said he could not even give me any idea (even on the phone) in the next 3 weeks because he is very busy. I was surprised and felt pissed off. Should the business have another consultant or anyone who is just responsible for taking care of customers or arranging with projects of customers on phone first before the conduct of the work? I have called several companies and this is the only one ever I received a strange way to serve customers. I can understand the busy season but I cannot understand why you called me while you knew you could not provide anything to me.
  Anyway, they called me back again since I wrote the bad feedback.
  Once again, I have not experienced your electricity service yet, so I have no comment on that. But for the customer service, I highly recommend you should have better administrator to take care of all potential customers.

  The team at Novatek was kind, courteous, and very professional. I had them do a major job at my home, completely upgrading my electrical box, having 400 amps service coming in, installing a new ground, and a lot of other modifications. The team worked two hard days to get everything done, properly. They even cleaned-up at the end, and helped me label the major and minor appliances in the house on the breaker box.
  
  I will be using Novatek for all future electrical needs.
