We are from another city and not familiar with Montreal. We were searching for a new place, in a totally new city, at long distance and without knowing what to do. Despite all the challenges of the distance and the pandemic, Sarah was super helpful and very responsive to search for the best-fit options for us and to share her experience about the condo market. She really took the heavy burden away from our shoulders and supported us in every way - even made virtual tours for us! We are so lucky that we found such a skilled and trusted advisor who is one of the best professionals in her area!

We're from Ontario and did not know how to go about purchasing a property in Quebec. She guided us through the whole process, answered all our questions, and helped us find key vendors such as notary, moving company and handymen. Sarah gives good advice and goes above and beyond her call of duty. We could not go through the process without her help.
