(June 1, 2023, 2:10 pm)Surprise agréable pour renouveller mon permis de conduire et ma carte d'assurances maladie, mon rendez vous était a 9h55 et a 9h55 j'était revenue a la maison...!! Je croyais l'ouverture des portes a 9h30, mais apparemment, c'est beaucoup plus tot, car la salle était plein, mais tout le monde était a la tache et ca roualit vite, les no. défilaient a bon rythme. EN tout j'ai été sur plase pas plus de 20 minutes et tout était fait, Bravo SAAQ...Vous vous etes drolement bien repris, félictation a tous les employés dévoués et d'une politesse exemplaire..!!

(June 17, 2021, 7:00 pm)I passed my road exam today 17 July 2021 with the examiner name LIAM.He was very professional, nice , helpful, He knew i was extremely nervous. He was calm and comforting me to relaxed after 5 mins of driving my nerves started to calm.

(March 17, 2021, 11:13 pm)It's relatively well organized, and if you are lucky the wait is not too long even without an appointment. Lunch time was quiet, but also just 2 people working and that's a bit frustrating. But overall good experience.
