So the place is cruelly lacking supervision, most likely because they have a hard time hiring like so many other businesses. Combine this to the fact that there is no isolated area for small children and you have a recipe for disaster. So many small children are playing in the big kids place resulting in teenagers waiting and waiting and waiting or pushing them by accident. Same with the small kid area, where the big kids go to play fight.
So at the end of the day my teenagers would prefer to go somewhere else even if the other place is smaller to avoid all of these inconvenients. Hopefully things will improve if they can hire more staff.
For parent with small children, Isaute is much much safer. -
