I had to wait 20 mins outside despite having everything ready because one client had not booked online, not fill out documents online, had many questions. Once I entered the shop, process took less than 5 mins. Store can hold 2-3 clients max at safe distance.
Those clients complaining about waiting long outside to find out if vehicle is available without reservation, book online or call for your inquiry in advance. Help others by helping yourself, be proactive, complete necessary documents in advance, so you don't spend hour doing that on location and others don't wait after you. Your effort to reduce wait time and paperwork, plays a great role in this pandemic.
