Marc is a true coach/teacher. He will educate you about nutrition and why/how you should move your body to get optimum health. His approach is very detailed and no jargon terminology or fad terms are ever used. All you need is your own time and patience to get results. His knowledge of nutrition is beyond your imagination and always backs up every question with good research, which is priceless!! Highly recommend him and his team.

This is the best place for health issues that i know of.
Marc is so knowledgeable,kind and generous of his time. I have tried a few workouts with him and i love how original they were,working all of your body in the same time(It was tough though?).
