(August 11, 2021, 6:01 pm)We had one of the plastic hinge clips broke, and after intensive digging online I came across Hettich company. I contacted them in hope of buying 2 plastic clips from them and they ended up sending us replacement clips and replacement hinges free of charge!
Very impressed at speed they replied and customer service. -

(April 23, 2021, 10:09 pm)I have Hettich hinges installed in all of my cabinets. After 5 years one of them got a bit worn out (kitchen cabinet where trash bin was, obviously most frequently used compared to other cabinets). I sent an email to Hettich to ask if the hinge can be repaired / restored, as it looked perfectly fine. Within a couple of days I got a response and shortly two sets of new hinges (4x) shipped to me completely for FREE.
Great thanks to Hettich team for such a great service!
