(September 8, 2017, 10:27 pm)I received an emersion blender with accessory as a present so I haven't actually made it in a store. An accessory broke after many use and I wrote an email to the part person. Two days later I had a new one in front of my door!! Could not have been more satisfied with CDR's customer service staff. It made harvest season a whole lot easier to digest! (Unfortunate for the part to brake in the first place but I don't know how cheap it was to buy. The customer service is definitely a selling point for me.)
