  I ordered a couple of hardside cases on sale. When they arrived there were some minor scratches and markings which I brought to the customer service departments attn. I didn't want to return them as I had to travel soon so Alain offered me a further discount on the products.
  Overall I'm very happy in my dealings with Canada Luggage.

  This is my second purchase from Canada Luggage Depot. Why not? Their selection is enormous. Their pricing is competitive. The product is delivered fast. No mix ups. And I can do it all with a really efficient website. Forget Amazon. Buy direct instead.
  
  The Travelpro suitcase is a beauty. Really light, but rugged. Tons of room. Living out of a suitcase is no hardship with this one.

  Because this model is not current, we were able to get a wonderful deal on pricing. The folks at Canada Luggage Depot were easy to work with to get the product shipped so we could use it on an upcoming trip. Time will tell on the durability side of the equation, however, if the product lives up to their reputation, this luggage should be a workhorse for many years to come.

  Great experience with Canada Luggage Depot. There was a bit of a hiccup with our order and the customer service was prompt and amazing and very accommodating. After that wrinkle was ironed out we got our order extremely quickly and the quality of our suitcases is amazing for the price. I really recommend this and especially to those who want to support a Canadian company. Thank you so much to Alain who helped us out and made sure we got our order in time for our departure!!

  This item was returned as it was bulky for travel. I reordered a different style which was shipped promptly & I received it in good time to give it as a Christmas gift. The return process was quick and easy. I’ve ordered many items from Canada Luggage Depot because they have excellent selection, the best prices and quick shipping. They’ve made my travel & my entire family’s travel so much easier. Canada Luggage Depot makes gifting travel items to family easy by offering affordable well designed travel items & this is the first time I’ve had to exchange something.
