  I purchased a piece of luggage - IT Virtusso Ombre Large on August 18, travelled with said luggage September 3 - 19. On September 7 one wheel fell off luggage and side was all smashed in. On September 14 we exited the cruise ship and two more wheels had fallen off. The place where the wheels were was also smashed and beyond repair.
  Had to purchase new suitcase in Vancouver in order to get home to Toronto. Contacted IT direct and was told that I would have to claim with the Cruise line. Advised that I had also travelled with Samsonite and Air Canada luggage and had no issue with them.
  Have not heard anything back from IT.
  Not only is their product poor quality, so is their Customer Service.
  Best to avoid this luggage at all cost.
