(February 17, 2019, 2:35 pm)I love the food here. Everything I've tried has be delicious. Their service is also very good: always smiling and very quick to refill your coffee or water. I'm from out of town and I make an effort to go here whenever I visit.

(January 11, 2019, 5:39 pm)The beans are a little too sweet for my taste, but this is very specific for Quebec so I should have requested no maple syrup. But the services are great as well as the atmosphere. They should clean the bathrooms more though.

(October 27, 2018, 7:09 pm)There are many chain breakfast places in the city and I must say that Ben & Florentine is definitely my favorite. They have some original dishes where you can tell they are really trying out new recipes and have some great chefs working in this. The food is always great and I have tried a lot of meals and the service is equally excellent. This location was no different, another new dish that I really liked and service was spot on, refilling our tea or coffee at the right interval and clearing the dishes in a timely manner, all with a smile.
