When I arrived, he was already there and taking pictures of the exterior structure, which was extra due diligence since I have purchased a condo and only interior examination is required. Francis arrived with all the paperwork in order and carried out a thorough and efficient inspection of the property. He provided a report within 24 hrs and was a pleasure to work with.
