(February 1, 2020, 2:25 pm)Parc Joseph-N.-Drapeau is a green space that functions as a relaxation and walking area for dogs. A few benches, a drinker and a majestic tree. The park seems to have been built on poorly decontaminated soil, so its relief has bloated over the years, giving it a rather strange look. It would benefit from decontamination and a small module: pétanque, training.
