They went above and beyond; we could not have managed to sell a house in Pointe Claire (living in Ottawa) without their incredible support. She was very supportive through the whole process, giving us effective feedback to prepare our home for sale, and has guided us with such great advice on the market with her extensive experience. Selling your home can be emotional and at times overwhelming, but Jennifer helped eased our concerns and was available to answer any questions we had along the way. The process to prepare and stage our house lasted for a few months, and she was there through it all with lots of input and support as we needed. Once listed, she worked very hard and got us a price and offer we were very happy with in just a few days. If we were staying in the province, we would gladly work with her again in the future. The result— WOW, the sale went through beyond my wildest expectations! Sure, it’s a sellers market, but I highly doubt that I would have been able to optimize to such an extent without them.
