From my first lesson with Isabelle, I was immediately very comfortable and I felt safe! She is very attentive to the needs of her clients and she allows us to feel confident in a class that tests our comfort zone. What sold me was the fact that the course is taught by a woman. This is really what made the difference compared to other classes I had tried in the past. I like that the classes are not based on blows, but rather on effective techniques that do not require a lot of strength. It's crazy how powerful you can feel coming out of one of your classes. There is a good continuity in its programming which means that you can start its courses at any time. The course is designed for women and taught by a woman. What more could you ask for!
