While I can only go 1-2 times a month, they have inspired me to think about yoga, breathing, and meditation. They are not the typical "herded" yoga class where 20-30 people are shoved into a room with music playing. This is serious focus and concentration, which leads to terrific relaxation in a way that a large group class can never accomplish. Classes are usually 2-3 students, and Hans and Valerie are so personal and clearly passionate about what they do that it becomes infectious. I also attended a Sitting Workshop to learn positions, practice and attitudes needed to better relax and meditate.
My only regret is that I can't go more often.
