(October 2, 2016, 2:16 am)ok-ish center with a weight room and a gymnasium where you can have such activities as badminton.
its pretty cheap but you get what you pay for. the weight room is really the bare minimum. it feels more like a home gym than anything else. during summer, it gets super hot. they do have a radio where you can put music but its usually hog by old rednecks. i've actually never seen women in the weight room. mostly frequent by those old rednecks that spend more time talking than working out.
there's a gymnasium next to the weight room where most people run/jog and it gets really crowded.
you don't get towels or anything of such. like i say, its really the bare minimum.
the center is right behind the viau metro station which makes access easy. i'd really only recommend if you live in the neighborhood and are on a really tight budget
