(July 3, 2019, 2:42 pm)I think this project is a bit of a hidden Gem, and excellent investment opportunity. Pointe-Saint-Charles has a rich history, with a lot of charm. It's just on the other side of the canal from Griffintown, and very close to downtown. Samcon has an established track record of delivering well built homes/condos around Montreal. Upcoming neighborhood, close to downtown, and a great builder. What more could you ask for?
