Clean equipment that's arranged in an efficient way so that training programs (going from one piece of equipment to another) are really easy to follow. Kevin is a the best trainer I've had: accommodating but pushes you to train hard so you get great results! Most importantly, Kevin adapts the training not only to your skill level but how you feel on the day, which still ensures you get a good and enjoyable work out while avoiding any injuries. Before starting personal training at Simply Fit Canada, I neither enjoyed the gym nor got the results I wanted: thanks Kevin!
