(July 7, 2020, 5:22 pm)They were about 45 minutes late in calling me, but the doctor whom I spoke with was very polite and understanding. He prepared my prescription right away. I'd be happy to use their services in the future.

(November 14, 2019, 12:37 am)I really don't find the receptionists (over the phone especially) to be polite or too helpful. Otherwise, the medical staff seem pretty great here. I'd recommend this as a walk in clinic for the people of Montreal. My family doctor is here so I'm lucky for that.. again.. just not happy with the front desk staff overall. They could use a lesson in manners and friendliness.

If you have your family Dr there, you can always benefit from going to their walking clinic without any appointments. They also have an online website to book the appointment. There is lots of parking in front of the clinic with the pharmacy at the ground floor. I really like the nurses and Drs there. Thanks for helping us.
