I just came back from the Laval store. My daughter's bow had a problem and Olivier fixed it completely free of charge. I have bought at least 3 violins and all accessories here. Olivier is such a wonderful guy who is always very professional and offers excellent service. Would absolutely recommend to everyone. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you!

Amazing place, purchased a violin from them and have been back for maintenance and adjustments and I cannot be happier. They really care about the customer and know their art. As a beginner / intermediate they did not try to upsell me but only allowed me to check out gear appropriate to my skill level, I really feel they care more about the customer and the violins than trying to make more money. They won a loyal customer for life, I will be back when I outgrow my violin one day. It will take a lot of work to outgrow as it is a wonderful instrument (Pistucci).

Three years coming here to rent instruments for my kid, they are always very helpful (I don't understand much about it)
