I have always had an incredible experience at Equilibrium. Love the teachers and the classes! The whole vibe is lovely. :)
The space is great: large studios with lots of light. The place is never too crowded, which makes it pleasant. The fees are affordable. And the whole experience is smooth and peaceful. I love it. But for me, the first reason for going there is the teacher (Sophie), She is the best teacher I ever had in ten years of yoga.
Absolutely love this studio.
Kundalini is my cup of tea, and this studio offers plenty of it! :-)
I've taken numerous classes with various instructors, and they're all amazing people. Great location, too! (a few steps from corner St-Laurent and Villeneuve, in the Plateau).
Love the sense of humour, the warmth, the guidance, the kindness, etc. Highly recommend!
