Best doctor in Montreal to consult. He helped my father last summer for his back pain. Every other Chiro will ask you come to them again and again so that they can make more money from you. Jocelyn is not like that, he guided my father to make the recovery by himself, gave him some really good exercises for the gym. He is totally pain free now, Thanks Dr. Jocelyn for your amazing and genuine service. God Bless You

It's been a year since I first visited Dr. Sicotte,
and I am glad I made the decision, as it perfectly worked for me :)
I had a continuous pain in the lower back area spreading down to the legs, which started to affect my life badly. So I tried various types of exercises, stretches, pain killers, foam rolling and physio therapy too, but it would return in couple of days. I couldn't lead an active lifestyle. After searching for Chiropractors around, I decided to visit Dr. Sicotte for consultation.
Dr. Sicotte carefully studied my condition and created a recovery plan for me, which included reducing the pain naturally (top priority), spine decompression and then including exercises in daily routine that would help recovery and promote good spine health. Initially, the frequency of sessions were 2 per week until the pain became bearable. The pain reduced drastically in first 4 weeks itself. Then, following the plan (scheduled visits, advised exercises, do's & don'ts) I got rid of the pain.
Number of sessions? It really depends on your condition and very much on how strictly you follow his advise, I did and results are promising!
He is friendly and an experienced profressional.
    Thank you Dr. Sicotte!

I was diagnosed with a scoliosis early in my life. The doctors had suggested back surgery with rods insertion and removal after two years. I had small children and I needed to be present for them, therefore I declined the procedure. I ended up at a chiropractor's office. He helped my condition a little. I stopped seeing him because of the lack of improvement and the long-term commitment.
Not being treated created a problem due to the abnormal curvature in my spine. I could not breathe. I thought I was having a heart attack.
A friend of mine told me about Dr.Sicotte. During the first consultation, he clearly stated that he could help me up to a certain point and it was up to me to decide whether I wanted to continue or not. I was happy about his straightforward truth. I felt he was not there to take my money but for my well-being.
After 3 months of treatment, I felt better. He then said, “Well, now you're at your best. If you want, you can continue and if not, we'll see you when you need me.” I decided to continue and he developed a little workout system for me. This allowed me to strengthen the muscles around the scoliosis and I continued to get stronger.
Today, my scoliosis is still present nonetheless, I can function very well throughout my days. I have continued to see Dr.Sicotte every 6 weeks for maintenance and - life is great!
I am active, working out, and able to function at work very well. This is quite a contrast to what I was told many years ago, when the doctors said that I was going to end up in a wheelchair and not ever walk again. So, thank you, Dr.Sicotte, for making a big difference in my life.

I started seeing Dr.Sicotte in February 2017 after being diagnose with a Spinal Stenosis. I was seeing a chiro for lower back pain that started almost a year prior but the treatment he gave provided me with very superficial relief, he suggested that I get an MRI, after looking at the result he told me that he could not help me and suggested that I see a specialist and get an operation, I did some research and found out that the Cox technique could be an alternative before getting an operation. from the very first appointment with Dr Sicotte I could see that he was very passionate about his work, He suggested to see him twice a week at the beginning after 2 weeks of treatment and at home exercise he gave me my back was feeling much better to a point that i started doing some work around the house with very little pain, but then because you don't feel pain you tend to do a little more... and for me the pain came back with a vengeance, when I went back for my next schedule appointment Dr Sicotte warned me that even if the pain subsided i doesn't mean that it healed already and may never will completely and that there are certain task that should be avoided. we continued the treatment at twice a week and after 12 weeks my back was well enough that we decided to have treatment ounce a week. At that time I was able to play 2 rounds of golf per week pain free. I continued to see Dr. Sicotte every week until late November 2017 but since then i am working in a different province and was unable to go back and my back pain is slowly coming back not to the point of not being able to walk but I know that I will need to find a way to see him again.
If I have one advise to give the patient of Dr.Sicotte it is to be very patient, do not expect a quick fix! you might feel good after a few treatment or not and decide to stop because the pain has gone or that you don't feel that it is helping but in my case I decide to persevere and commit to the treatment and I strongly believe that was the key to success.
Like I said at the beginning Dr.Sicotte is very passionate about his work and his patient, if you persevere you will see results.
    Thanks Doc.

I’be been suffering from lower back pain for over 35 years, and I saw my fare share of doctors, specialists, even other chiropractors, osteopaths with no results whatsoever. I even consulted a highly renowned doctor that treated a pro hockey player for a serious back injury. Some suggested surgery, others injections to which I categorically refused. One doctor even told me to pop 3 to 4 Advil’s every time I had pain. In the end I resigned myself to living a life accustomed to pain limiting myself to certain activities. When I discovered Dr. Sicotte last year, I said to myself it couldn’t hurt after what I went through. My life literally changed! I started with two sessions a week for a couple of weeks, then down to one session. After a month, my pain had reduced by more than 50%. But what made the whole difference is following his instructions to the tee. I started swimming according to his recommendations and by the second month I had regain almost 90% of my back and no pain whatsoever.

I strongly recommend Dr. Sicotte but I also strongly recommend you to take responsibility for your own back by implementing his recommendations. You’d be a fool to think that he will reslove all your pains without you lifting a finger. You’ll need to meet him halfway.

    Thx Dr. Sicotte.
