  Working at Pavillons Lasalle has been a great experience for me and will always still be! I enjoy working with my colleagues, we always make sure to work as a team to ensure we deliver good quality care and services for the residents. We may have our ups and downs but at the of the day we still managed to put a smile on everyone’s face..

  I enjoy working with the staff. The rooms are big and spacious. There is a beautiful rooftop garden and lots bbq parties in the summer.

  I knew someone who worked in here, she told me that she stayed for 3 yrs and leave because her husband got a job offered outside Montreal.
  She was happy working for 3 yrs because she got the support that she needs from her superiors.
  She mentioned that she gained a lot of experience and very grateful to the management team for accepting her even though she doesn’t have any work experience when she applied.
  She recommended some of her friends to work in here as well.

  Working at Les Pavillons Lasalle for a few years has been a great learning experience for me. The PAB's are working hard to deliver an A+ care to our residents. We are working hand in hand with the Professionals from CIUSSS and CSSS to ensure we provide a good quality care for our residents. Our Clinical Care Coordinator is closely monitoring we follow all protocols and care plans.Like any other workplace, we have issues, ups and downs but it is resolve in a timely and professional way. Well its true that PAB's come and go but those who stayed doesn't mean they only did it because they are used to working here. PAB's decided to stay because they have learned to love the place, the co-workers and the residents.The PAB's were compassionate, dedicated and hardworking.
