(February 5, 2022, 9:32 pm)Excellent! We had a badly clogged kitchen drain for a few days and tried all the suggested remedies before accepting that we really needed the professionals. Our unit's owner contacted this enterprise, and the next day Paul the plumber was at our place (a Saturday morning, no less). He was able to clear maybe 10 years worth of accumulated grease, hair, and sludge that had solidified into a brick from deep in the plumbing and finally cleared the blockage. He also replaced some badly installed pipes to prevent it from happening again and fixed up some leaks. Throughout the process, Paul was extremely professional and explained what he was doing in detail. Highly recommended.

(November 11, 2021, 1:48 pm)Called in the evening for a water tank replacement as there was no hot water in my tenant's apartment, Paul helped me right away figure out how to best deal with the issue. I took pictures and sent them by text, he told me that the heater is still under warranty and doesn't need to be changed. Instead, he gave me the model # and the manufacturer's # to call to get it repaired for free under the warranty! He advised me that either its a problem with the heater or electrical and helped me deal with the situation quickly and efficiently, without having to pay money for no reason! Great customer service and trustworthy staff, will definitely be calling again for any other plumbing needs, highly recommended.
