(December 22, 2023, 12:32 am)This clinic will not accept patients if they are late. Arrived there 15 min late because of traffic on the very same street, and we were turned away. This was also done with a 3 month old baby. I read about this in another review. I wonder if this policy is the same for the elderly? This is shameful!

(February 3, 2019, 1:56 pm)The doctor I’ve seen here is amazing and I keep seeing her because I like her but some of the receptionists and the format to get an appointment or if I need any questions answered it is mind boggling horrible. It makes me want to change doctors which is unfortunate.

I have a family doctor in this succursal, an excellent professional and the doctors have always been very professional. but their reception especially the person in charge of family doctor appointments has a very bad attitude and she doesn't want to help nobody.

(January 28, 2019, 8:25 pm)Great service received last week. The staff, nurse, doctor were all very professionnal and all my questions and worries left behind. Really appreciated my visit. Plus the clinic is very nice, modern and clean compare to many other clinics in Montreal!!! I encourage people to come here and use the Bonjour-Santé service too. Free, quick, you receive a text mess. when it's your turn to come to the clinic for t your appointment. A++
