(April 10, 2019, 3:54 am)C'est vraiment un endroit parfait pour se mettre en forme, il y a personne qui vous juge et l'entraîneur oscar est très sympathique et à chaque cour c'est différent donc pas routinier, c'est complet comme entraînement ????
(December 19, 2018, 11:44 pm)Been going here for many years and I am biased to this gym. Offers all levels of boxing, from recreational to competitive amateur boxing. It is one of the only remaining non-profit clubs on the Island of Montreal. Great way to stay motivated and get into top shape. Ronnie, Oscar, Mo, Patrick and Igor run a tight ship, like a real club should be!!! (Check out Supert5 reviews, all he does is complain about dumb stuff. Wake-up and grow a pair)
