(February 8, 2019, 4:35 pm)Au fil des ans, j'ai acheté plusieurs de leurs produits chez Costco. Toujours très satisfait, jusqu'au jour où j'ai eu un problème que j'ai souligné à Costco. J'ai été surpris d'être appelé par le représentant de Lagoon Seafood qui voulait comprendre le problème et s'assurer de ma satisfaction. C'est un niveau de suivi qui mérite d'être souligné, car c'est plutôt rare dans l'industrie.
