I ordered a hood a in February, I haven't heard anything from them. I knew it was special order item and it would take some time, but it's ridiculous that I can't even get an update. I've tried multiple times to contact them, several emails, and I stayed on the website chat for more than 30 minutes and nothing.
Edit: They have reached out, and offered me a discount on shipping of the hood that I ordered. I do much appreciate that. However, I still find it a tad unfortunate that the only update I received during my 6+ month wait, I had to reach out multiple times to even get. I was given the answer that the main person in charge was on his honeymoon. And I respect that, though I had reached out sometime prior and never received anything back. At the moment it does appear they are doing what they can to make it a better experience for me, so thank you!
Edit: It is now December and I still have not received the hood I spent nearly 2k on. They messaged me last on November 4th, and all they say when I ask how long is "Soon." Never a definite answer. I messaged them again on November 18th to yet again ask and I've heard nothing since.
Edit: The hood finally arrived undamaged on March 12. DSG did end up holding up their end of the bargain. The even waved shipping completely in the end. Now that I know my wait wasn't for nothing I can, in good faith, recommend them. They dealt with a lot of back and forth from me. And I want to Give Sean thanks for dealing with me throughout this process.
Oringally gave DSG a bad review because of communication issues. They responded by saying that they’ve expanded faster than expected which I can see now is true. Instead of just ignoring my compliants they’ve done everything they can to make it right by me and now every time I have a question I get a immediate response. As a business owner I really appreciate this thank you.
Jason at DSG performance was super helpful and replied to emails within a few hours. He worked to get me a cheaper price than other locations. I ordered a C-West front bumper that they had in stock. Took about two weeks to get to me from across the country and the product was as described. Definitely recommend.
